Success Using the 4 Hour a Day Schedule, Ready? Set , Go!

Spread the love

Wouldn’t life be just perfect if we could truly run our business on 4 hours per week day?

Or 20 hours per week.

I mean that would certainly make life so pleasurable, yes?

Well from what I am learning it is definitely possible. For 20 hours per week we can start building a very successful business.

If and here is the big IF, ready?

We learn how to prioritize and schedule our time.

It is truly that simple. For taking control of our time allows us to provide what I call the sisters.  Focus and clarity. When we have those two in place, we know exactly what needs to be done.

So here is a sample schedule:

30 minutes for work related emails (“work related” is the message here, no personal)

30 minutes for Social Media, again work related only

30 minutes for the really important task of answering comments on our blogs

30 minutes if you have other sites that you need to comment on

1. 5 hours for writing blog post for that day.

So there you go.

And the best part of this, is that once we have the schedule down pat, it won’t matter if we are making 1k or 5k per month. It will still take the same amount of time. That sounds really wonderful doesn’t it?

We do not have to work like a job where we would have to put in extra work.

We just work the system and get wonderful results.

Oh and did you know that if:

we are making 1k per month, our hourly rate is $11.24

we are making 2k per month, our hourly rate is $23.09

we are making 3k per month, our hourly rate is $34.63

Totally sounds doable, yes?

So here we are on the adventure of a life time. Ready to soar and create.

It is within our capable hands!

Let’s get going, we are on the NOW plan. We are not letting it happen. We are making it happen. Join me in this adventure, it is truly amazing!

    1. I hear you Craig,! I think it is going to take a bit to get into a routine that is so highly efficient. But I truly believe we can get there! So many thanks for being here!

  1. I am in the beginning of my grand tour with Wealthy Affiliate. Almost two months. For the first few weeks, it has been more like 8-10 hours a day, but that has been well worth it to me to get up and running. Now I have a well-ordered website, an action plan, a schedule and 20 hours is looking really doable for success! Yay!
I love the training and action plans, always keeping the carrot in front of my donkey cart.

    1. Oh Annie, I love that.. the carrot in front of the donkey cart! Congratulations for getting it all figured out. I wish you great success .And thanks for being here. In peace and gratitude, ariel

  2. I am just completing month two of being in Wealthy Affiliate. I have spent 8-10 hours a day or more since I began, and it has been well worth it. My hard work has produced a new website that is ordered, has good content, knows its direction and its intended audience.
I am finding after the initial burst I am able to settle into some actual 4 hour days. Most are still longer, but I can see that it will happen soon. Some time giving back on Wealthy Affiliate, some time commenting and replying to comments and emails, and some time working on the blog. I like the balance! I like the results!

    1. Hello Annie, congratulations ! It is the most exciting life changing experience. It did indeed change mine. I am almost here 6 months.
Doesn’t it just feel so empowering as we work this through process to know that indeed we can do this?
I hear you about the balance, that is so true.. as we get more into it, I think we will be amazed at how we will just flow through this.
I am so grateful to be part of this project and WA! And of course sharing this journey with you.
      in peace and gratitude, ariel

  3. Setting up a business and learning all about the tricks of keeping the website in healthy shape does take time so having a four hour a day schedule for these important tasks is really important. It establishes a good routine to build a business on. Thank you for the schedule.

    1. Hello Tania,
I agree, it is doable and it takes loads of focus and work to be that efficient. And you said it so well, establishing the routine is the answer to success. Thanks so much for being here. In peace and joy and gratitude , ariel

  4. Working 4 hours per day would be pretty amazing, but I have to admit that it is pretty difficult for me to conceive of that right now, because I tend not to stay focused the way I should.

I’m working on it though. I just need to learn how to resist the temptaion of shiny objects that pull me away from what I am doing!

  5. Hello Craig, so many thanks for stopping by!
You are so right, focus and clarity are at times not how we want them to be. But I figure the more we work at it, the easier it will indeed become! In peace and gratitude, ariel

  6. Ariel, this makes perfect sense! I’m one who needs a bit of structure to my day and with a schedule such as this I can actually see results each and every day. No more looking back in the evening and fretting over not having accomplished anything. Feeling accomplished at the end of the day makes you feel much better.

    All the best to you.

    1. Hello Sue, doesn’t that make so much more sense? I agree. When I saw this, I literally felt a huge sigh of relief. I could not see complete clarity and focus as to how to get through the day as you said feeling accomplished instead of overwhelmed. Thanks for being here. In peace and gratitude, ariel

  7. Hi Ariel, Nice schedule. I have my own business. Time management is one of the critical issue to manage my business. I always feel busy and no time to do a lot of things. Your 30 min time schedule is good model for me to follow. I am going to buy an alarm o’clock to make sure that I could complete one task in a pre-defined time. Thanks for the advice.

  8. Dear Ariel,

Thanks for the post and daily schedule is a must.

With this post you gave loads of gold. Time is money and time management is life management.
