frustrated man working at his business and getting more challenges that he feels he can handle needs to learn how to deal with internet business challenges

Business can be frustrating! Any business can be.  It’s important to learn how to deal with internet business challenges!

That’s true any business, including a blogging business you learn with Wealthy Affiliate, too.  Will learning how to skyrocket your business success help you deal with the challenges better?

Having a handle on how to be successful certainly helps to have the challenges along the way lose some of their impact.

Challenges happen.  If you’re a person who can meet and greet them, and turn them to the positive, success is reachable…you just need the tools to get there.

In fact, any day, whether on vacation, or gardening, or taking a bike ride, or trying to get some sleep, we can have frustrations, can’t we?  It makes sense that there will be challenges along the way in business, too.

Today’s Challenge To Deal With

Today I was in a mastermind group coaching call with our mentor, Bo Tipton. He suddenly had a computer problem…his computer, he said, was in process of shutting down…and then he was gone!

He skyped us all about ten minutes later to let us know things were under control and to come back again.

When we did, he said the computer was and is fine…he was doing an object lesson.

There we were, gathered, excited about what we were going to discuss, and the computer went on the blink. He wanted to talk about dealing with what is as a part of our training today. So he played a trick on us, where we were forced to reset our expectations and deal.  We needed to figure out how to deal with internet business challenges.

An Entrepreneurial Mindset is What We Need

The lesson, that business can have its glitches. They can be frustrating. In fact, most people who try to go into business for themselves fail. That’s true with storefront businesses, and it’s true online.

Working for someone else is a lazier, and less frustrating way to make a living. When you own your own business, and the toilet needs to be cleaned, either you hire someone to do it, or you do it yourself. Most times, in a new business, you do it yourself until you can earn the right to hire someone else.

Most of us in our mastermind group are relatively new in this internet business. When we write about what we are learning, we are sharing what we just learned that day or that week. You get to learn along with us.

(If you want to learn right from the horse’s mouth – sorry, Bo, Firedog’s mouth – go to this site and sign up. Just $6.95 a month will give you access to everything we are learning, just as we learn it. You’ll get action steps, get the answers to our newbie-ish questions just as you’re probably thinking them, and get to learn so much more than with just one course of training on one aspect of internet marketing.)

One Aid To Success Is Good Training

I’m a member of Wealthy Affiliate, and would not trade in that training for anything.

Bo trains there, too.

Kyle and Carson have set up a great program, with the quality of training, free internet website hosting with daily backup, tremendous support, and a growing, sharing and mutually-benefitting community of members. And the cost! Only $49 a month for all that! Wow.

Wealthy Affiliate is amazing!  We learn every day how to deal with internet business challenges, with the help and support of fellow members.

What a way to learn to blog and monetize with affiliate marketing on your blog.

Bo Builds On That Base and Expands Opportunities

What Bo’s training does is to build on what we learn through Wealthy Affiliate. He teaches ways to generate income from other sources while you are building your blog, ways that can continue side-by-side with your blog, to enhance your earning results for many years to come.

Your blog takes time to start to make money. A lot of people quit along the way because it just takes too long. Oh, some quit because it takes work…

Face it, we see ads everyday all over the internet, promising that this course or this program, will give you instant money in your pockets…with 30 minutes of work. Then just sit back and watch the money roll in, right?

Bo emphasized how he knows those of us in our mastermind group certainly work hard. We don’t believe the hype that’s out there, that it’s going to happen for us in 30 minutes, or 1 week, or even 3 months. We know blogging is a longer-term time investment.

But one thing that can happen is that these ads can subtly permeate our consciousness, adding to our stress and frustration .  Bo warns us to be very mindful of the need to work hard, be persistent, and to look for solutions when things crop up.

Throwing up our hands and quitting is what too many do. To have an entrepreneurial mindset, ya gotta have sticking-, solving-, success-power. He said if any of us’re not ready and willing to have that mindset, we may as quit now.

be your own boss on top of the world
be your own boss on top of the world

Entrepreneurs, people who own their own businesses, have to be able to roll with the punches.

  • They have to be willing to work hard.
  • They have to be willing to do whatever it takes.
  • They have to be persistent.

So the question becomes, are you one of those who has the temperament to be your own boss?

95% who try end up failing.

Is it because they just don’t want to do what it takes? Perhaps for some.

But the success rate with Wealthy Affiliate training is almost 250% better than the average.

That tells me that part of the reason people don’t keep going to success is they don’t know how. And they don’t give it enough time. Wealthy Affiliate fills that gap for an awful lot of people who want this business.

I have two questions for you:

One question becomes, if you get some more guidance, will your odds of success skyrocket? If you do what you are told, lay one brick on top of the other, consistently, you will be successful, Bo assures each one of us. I want to pass that on to you.

Brick-laying may not be glamorous…it’s work. As Bo says, the dream lies on the other side of the work.

Another question is, if you were given training – specific training – not only more training in the implementation of the blogging necessaries, but in coordinating, complementary streams of income

  • that comes in faster
  • that helps to pay your way on the road to blogging success
  • that provides security of more than one egg in your basket,

do you think that will help?

Let’s assume you’re a person who has the entrepreneurial grit and fortitude.

Let’s assume that you are willing and able to do whatever it takes in hard consistent work to get it done.

Let’s assume that you are the kind of person who will meet challenges as opportunities to solve a problem and make things work better, not as a stop sign.

Let’s assume you are the kind of person who can succeed in the internet business.

If that’s you, check out Wealthy Affiliate if you haven’t yet. You can get a free road test, with training and websites. You can see if this blogging business is for you. Having a blog site is a fundamental part of the rest of your possible internet adventures. It can become hugely profitable with time. In the meantime it is the credible foundation and platform from which to launch parallel business enterprises to give you faster cash and success.

Click on this banner and go to the training Bo gives.

The cost is only $6.95 a month! Imagine getting all that for a price like this! It’s also set up where you can build a referral base that will pay you monthly, so you can make it cost you nothing.

See you on the other side.

  1. Ah, such a great post, Annie! Challenges are a part of everyday life and it’s how we deal with these challenges that separate those who will do from those who only want to do. Excellent!

    1. They sure are, Sue. The difference between the will do and the only want…good way to put it!
I know where I am, and where you are in this. I hope many who want and are determined take advantage of this training we’ve been getting by subscribing to the monthly training…only $6.95 can make all the difference!

  2. Hi Annie,
It really is hard work and dedication that determines our success. I think a big reason so many people fail, is they want something for nothing. They want to make money, but not willing to put in any elbow grease AKA (hard work) It is indeed a pleasure to be working with Bo and this wonderful group of Gogetters!

    1. Hi Lisa,
I think there are a lot of folks looking for a magic pill, I agree. And when they pop it in, and it doesn’t give them instant results, they throw it out and move on.
One thing I really like about Bo and this group is the reality we operate with…that this business, indeed any business, takes work, dedication and gaining more knowledge and training to equal success.
And we’re sharing what we’re learning, with posts here and with our new site with the actual training Bo is giving us! Pretty cool.
Hoping for much success for all,
      Annie

  3. Hey, great post. Being an entrepreneur is hard and a long journey. But it is also fun and rewarding. Entrepreneurship is a lot about having the right mindset. Without the right mindset, success is hard to achieve. So many people fail for so many reasons. I think the major one is people expect instant result. If they don’t start making money within their first weeks of starting, they simply give up without even trying. Thank you for sharing your article. It was a nice read.

    1. Hi Hong, I think you nailed it! Giving up when success just doesn’t fall into your lap is a big reason people quit. It takes time and hard work to build any business, this one included. What I really like about the mastermind mentorship I’ve been getting with Bo Tipton is all the helps and hints to make my efforts effective, in the shortest possible timeframe. That, along with the expansion into multiple streams of income, some of which have quicker payouts. So worth getting this training! And so low-cost. Don’t be fooled by the low pricetag. That’s just to make it accessible, not a measurement of value.

  4. Hello Annie, wow this was indeed a great object lesson in frustration. And we learned something that if we choose to be “in the flow” we will get that these little glitches are just that.. nothing to take on..but rather just push through.
Great job Annie as always, And thanks for the heads up on what is coming. I am also so excited about our new site.
    In peace and gratitude, ariel

  5. Great article, Annie.
Yes, having the mindset of a business person makes a world of difference. Your focus somehow changes and you have to ‘stay the course’ as well. Yes, indeed, there will be challenges, sometimes the little things can be unnerving, but you need to find a way to ‘take the bull by the horns’ and keep going.
Thanks for the tips and motivation. Continued success to you.
    Michelle

    1. And continued success to you, too , Michelle.
This is a wonderful journey we are on. I’m loving it, even while I’m working at it really hard.
I’ve always had an entreprenerial mindset. So this suits me.
I just hope between this site, Wealthy Affiliate and our new training site linked in the article, that everyone else who dreams of being an entrepreneur gets the tools and does the work to make the dream come true.
      Best regards,
      Annie

  6. I would much rather face the frustration and challenge of being my own boss than the difficulties that come with working for someone else. No matter what path you follow in life, there will be challenges, but that’s ok. I always try to look at challenges as opportunities to grow.

Being part of Bo’s group and following the training at Wealthy Affiliate are the best things I have done. There’s only one way to make lasting changes to your life: take action! Fortunately, you don’t have to do so alone. By joining 1000 Dollar Project and/ or Wealthy Affiliate, you are taking the best possible action, and also gaining access to amazing groups of people who will help you succeed.

You can’t put a price on that.

  7. Hi Annie, great post, it is good to know the success rates and the increase of potential success with Wealthy affiliates. The 1000 dollar project sounds interesting, I’ll have to check it out too. Thanks.

  8. Hi Tara,
I hope you will. It’s a growing site, with Bo adding training modules as we go through our tear of training – and implementation! – with him. We’re in month five, so lots to come! And I suspect with his many years of marketing experience, it won’t stop at a year. He has so much to share!

    Best regards,
    Annie
